The Blades Club
Olympic Fencing - Beginners Course

Olympic Fencing is one of the most exciting modern sports. It is a more effective way to burn calories and keep fit than an aerobics class. It is also a lot more fun and challenging than the gym.

The Olympic sport of fencing is very skillful and helps you develop a range of physical and mental skills. It is very technical, challenging, enjoyable and great for maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular participation. Once you have learned all the required skills you can continue to practise it as a recreational activity or competitively. The choice is then yours. But first you need the patience to learn.

To get started, you simply book onto our eight weeks Beginner course and move on from there. But if there is anything you are not sure about then we strongly advise you to book a taster session first. <<more information>>
