Courses Fees & Refunds Policy

1. Once we receive your booking and fees, this is your instruction to us that you want to be booked on a course.

2. If we could not book you on the course you have requested because it is full, we will book you on the next course you have requested.

3. If the course you requested was full and you had not indicated an alternative course we will refund the fees in full.

4. Booking deadline for courses is minimum of 1 week prior to the date of the start of the course. There might be longer deadline leads on some courses if indicated.

5. All bookings incur a registration booking fee of £20. This fee is always included in the course fee and you do not have to pay extra.

6. If you wish to cancel your booking at any time, you must do so in writing. Verbal cancellations, in person or on the phone do not count.

7. If you cancel your booking before the booking deadline, then your course fees will be refunded less £20 registration.

8. If you cancel your booking after the booking deadline, then your course fees will be refunded less £20 registration ONLY if a replacement has been found to fill your place.

9. Once the course has started, NO refund will be given for whatever circumstances.

10. After making your booking , if you wish to transfer to another course, you will incur £20 registration fee.

11. If the course is cancelled, you will have the choice of a full refund or a free transfer to another course.

12. If in special circumstancis individual sessions are cancelled due to problem with venue or other matters out of our control, we will make alternative replacement dates but no refund will be made.

13. If you are making a request for refund you must send a proof of cancellation and date.

14. If at any time we make special offers or specific offer to an individual, this is not binding and can be withdrawn at any time.

15. Once paid for, exam fees are not refundable, but the fees are valid for a year, this should include up to four different exam dates.

16. Exam certificates and complementery acheivement t-shirt is only presented formally to those who attend our end of year Academy Awards. You must make sure that you book your place at the awards recepient list in time.

17. Cheques should only be stopped if the cheque is lost in the post and we had instructed you to do so. IF you stop a cheque without our knowledge you will incur our full bank charges or £25 whichever is greater.
